Reliable Backup & Recovery for Business
A single ransomware attack, hardware failure, or accidental deletion can cripple your business. We build backup systems that are tested, verified, and ready when you need them.
Protect Your Business DataWhat's Included
-
Cloud Backup Solutions
We deploy encrypted, automated cloud backup for servers, workstations, and cloud services — with offsite storage that protects against fire, theft, and ransomware.
- Automated daily backup with encryption
- Offsite cloud storage with geo-redundancy
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup
-
On-Premise Backup & Replication
For businesses that need local backup speed and control, we deploy on-site backup appliances with replication to the cloud for disaster recovery.
- Local NAS and backup appliance deployment
- Server image-level backup for bare-metal recovery
- Replication to cloud for offsite protection
-
Disaster Recovery Planning
A backup is useless if you can't restore it fast enough. We build and test disaster recovery plans so you know exactly how long recovery takes.
- Recovery time objective (RTO) planning
- Recovery point objective (RPO) configuration
- Documented recovery procedures for key systems
-
Backup Testing & Verification
We don't assume backups work — we prove it. Regular test restores verify that your data is recoverable and your recovery procedures actually work under pressure.
- Monthly automated backup verification
- Quarterly full test restore exercises
- Backup failure alerting and remediation
From unprotected to fully recoverable
-
Audit
We document every data source in your business — servers, workstations, cloud accounts, databases, and SaaS applications. We identify what's currently backed up, what's not, and where the gaps could cost you.
-
Design
Based on your recovery time and data loss tolerance, we design a backup architecture that matches your business needs. You'll know exactly how fast you can recover and how much data you could lose in the worst case.
-
Deploy
We implement the backup solution — installing agents, configuring schedules, setting up encryption, and establishing offsite replication. Everything runs automatically with monitoring and failure alerts.
-
Verify
We run a full test restore to prove your backup works. Then we set up regular automated verification and quarterly test restores so your backup stays healthy and your team stays ready.
How we've helped real businesses recover
Ransomware Recovery in 4 Hours
A 20-person insurance agency was hit with ransomware that encrypted their file server and 8 workstations. Because we had image-level backups with 1-hour RPO, we restored the server from a clean snapshot and re-imaged all workstations within 4 hours. The business was fully operational before lunch — no ransom paid.
Server Failure on a Friday at 5 PM
A client's primary server failed catastrophically at end of business Friday. Our backup appliance contained a full server image from 2 hours earlier. We spun up a virtual copy of the server on the backup appliance and had all 15 users connected by 6:30 PM. The replacement server hardware arrived Monday and we migrated seamlessly.
Deleted Shared Drive Folder Recovered
An employee accidentally deleted an entire project folder containing 6 months of design work from the shared drive. The recycle bin had been emptied. Our backup system had hourly snapshots. We restored the complete folder with all 2,400 files in 20 minutes, exactly as they were before deletion.
The Backup That Silently Failed
A new client came to us after discovering their existing backup solution hadn't actually run successfully in 4 months — no alerts were configured. We audited their setup, replaced it with monitored backup, configured failure alerts, and implemented monthly test restores. They now have verified, provable backup coverage.
Why Local Logic IT?
A backup you haven't tested is just a hope. We build backup systems that are monitored, tested, and proven — so when disaster strikes, recovery is fast and complete.
Tested, Not Trusted
We verify backups with real test restores — because a backup that hasn't been tested isn't a backup.
Fast Recovery Times
We design for recovery speed, not just backup completion. You'll know your exact RTO before you need it.
Failure Alerts
If a backup fails, we know immediately — and fix it before the gap becomes a liability.
