    We unpack your new device, check everything's included, and handle the tedious initial setup — creating accounts, running updates, and getting through all the 'first-time' prompts that eat up an afternoon.

  2. Transfer

    We move your files, photos, email accounts, bookmarks, and saved passwords from your old device to the new one. We verify everything transferred correctly before touching the old machine.

  3. Configure

    We install the apps you use, set up your printer, configure your email, connect to Wi-Fi, and adjust settings to your preferences — font sizes, display brightness, notification preferences, and more.

  4. Train

    We sit with you and walk through everything at your pace. How to send email, join a video call, manage photos, use your apps — plus tips on staying safe from scams and keeping your device running well.
