Locked Out of Gmail for 3 Months
A senior lost access to her Gmail after getting a new phone and couldn't remember her password. The recovery phone number was her old number she no longer had. We navigated Google's account recovery process using her original account creation details and trusted device history to verify her identity and regain access.
Hacked Facebook Spreading Scam Links
A man's Facebook account was hacked and was sending scam links to all his friends. The hacker had changed the email and password. We used Facebook's trusted contacts recovery, regained access, removed the attacker's email, changed the password, enabled 2FA, and revoked all active sessions on other devices.
87 Passwords on Sticky Notes
A couple had 87 different account passwords written on sticky notes, backs of envelopes, and a Word document on the desktop.
